Setting up HP Wireless Printer using HP WPS Setup – A lot of printers are equipped with wireless connectivity, including HP Printers.   • The network you use has to use wither WPA2 or WPA security. Most routers cannot connect using the method of WPS if no security or WEP is used.
  • Most routers cannot connect using the method of WPS if the network name uses manufacturer default and no security mode is used.

The basic steps to connect the wireless printer to the wireless router using the method of HP WPS Setup are listed below:

  • Begin the pushbutton mode on the printer. Read the manual books for detailed instructions.
  • Push the button for WPS on the router within two minutes.
